Residents living in the Summerlin North, South and West Community Associations are encouraged to visit a Summerlin Community Center to receive their complimentary Summerlin photo I.D. card. Resident I.D. cards are used to register for Summerlin classes, purchase passes to resident events and gain access to various community amenities.
Resident I.D. cards are issued Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Please bring proof of residency with you. For more information, please call The Summerlin Council at 702-341-5500.
Requirements to Obtain a Summerlin Resident ID Card
The primary resident (owner or renter) applying for a Summerlin Resident ID Card must present a valid driver's license with a current property address in Summerlin North, West and South. (The photo and name on the license must match the person requesting the Resident ID Card.) In addition, one proof of residency must be provided. *Please note: If the valid driver’s license does not have the current property address, the applicant must provide two additional proofs of residency.
Proof of residency items is as follows:
• Water, gas, electric or other utility bill with the property address in their name
• Deed of ownership
• Lease/rental agreement
*Please note: Resident ID cards issued to renters are valid for one year and must be renewed with current documentation of continued residency.
Should The Summerlin Council need to verify ownership, validation will be made with the Clark County Assessor via its website:http://www.clarkcountynv.gov/assessor/Pages/PropertyRecords.aspx?H=redrock&P=assrrealprop/site.aspx
Only the primary resident may add additional members to the household account.
These requirements are absolute and non-negotiable.
