Resident ID cards provide easy online access to activity registrations, event reservations, and community pools and amenities available exclusively to Summerlin residents through our WebTrac system. Whether you’re new to Summerlin or simply need to update your card, residents living in Summerlin North, South, and West Community Associations are encouraged to visit a Summerlin Community Center to receive their complimentary Summerlin Resident ID card. (Cards issued prior to April 2018 need replacement.)
Resident ID Cards are issued Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. The primary resident (owner or renter), will need to present a valid photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, passport), along with a utility bill or lease agreement showing their current property address in a Summerlin North, South, or West Community Association. All members of the household are eligible to obtain a Summerlin Resident ID card. Summerlin Council staff members will be available to answer your questions and help establish your online household account. Please call 702-341-5500 for the community center nearest you.
