All meetings begin at 6:30 p.m. and take place at the North Management Office located at 2120 Snow Trail, Las Vegas, NV 89134 (unless otherwise noted).
Note: All dates and times are subject to change based upon the schedules of the board members. Please call 702-838-5500 prior to the meeting to confirm that it will take place.
Any members wishing to have an item placed on the agenda should send the request in writing 12 days prior to the meeting date. Your request should include a brief description of the issue and the time that needs to be allotted for your presentation. A unit owner has the right to: (a) Have a copy of the minutes or a summary of the minutes distributed to him upon request and upon payment to the association of the cost of make the distribution, in accordance with NRS 116. (b) Unless the board is meeting in executive session, speak to the board of directors at the beginning of the meeting regarding items on the agenda and at the end of the meeting on other topics. The Board may limit the time allowed to each homeowner to address the board.
