Experience the joy of giving! Donate goods to The Las Vegas Rescue Mission who offers a hand-up, not a hand-out. The Las Vegas Rescue Mission is accepting donations of household items, canned goods, clothing and unwrapped toys for the entire month of December at the Gardens, Trails, Vistas and Willows Community Centers. The Rescue Mission also provides meals, clothing, household items and life-skills counseling for those who are in need. They don’t simply provide a hand-out, but a hand-up for those who are willing to accept an opportunity to get back on their feet. The Las Vegas Rescue Mission is currently accepting donations of the following items:
Non-Food Items:
- Travel size
- Shampoo
- Deodorant (for men/women)
- Toothpaste
- Shaving Cream
- Lotion
- Sunscreen
- Razors
- Lip Balm
- Combs/Brushes
- Underwear (all gender, ages and sizes)
- Bath Towels
- Baby Wipes
- Pajamas (comfy) or Long Johns
- Blankets
- Cosmetics
- Disposable Diapers (sizes 4-5 only)
- Pull ups 2-3T, 3-4T, 5T
Food Items:
NOTE on a case-by-case basis we are only accepting pre-cooked food if it has been transported in a vehicle where the temperature is accurately maintained for hot or cold items
