Beginning Pilates:  Learn about Pilates in this beginning level class. You will be taught to operate your Balanced Body IQ Reformer safely, apply six basic principles of Pilates, understand the Pilates language and perform a group of beginning exercises that are the building blocks of an effective Pilates workout. 

This class should be repeated until you feel comfortable moving on to the intermediate level.  

Intermediate Pilates:  This class expands your repertoire into a full-body Pilates workout. Increase your vitality and strength and improve your flexibility, coordination, and balance.  Make this enjoyable workout an essential part of your weekly fitness maintenance.  The level of difficulty will be determined by the experience of the participants in each class.  (Prerequisite:  Introduction to Pilates)

Look your best, move more freely, and feel better. Each class is 55 minutes and held on a monthly basis.  There is a maximum of five students per class so machines must be reserved upon enrollment by contacting the Willows Community Center at 702.240.6500.  Please arrive early to set up.
