This beginning fencing class is a great way for students eight to adult to learn basic fencing skills. As a modern sport, fencing encourages quick thinking, creative problem-solving, coordination and agility development.

Appropriate attire is athletic clothing such as a T-shirt, tennis shoes, and sweatpants, but no shorts please.  Equipment will be provided during the class.   Each participant must have a non-competitive ($10 per year) or competitive membership with USA Fencing.  Students may get a membership online at www.usfencing.org or the instructors will help with sign-ups on the first day of class.  Please register one week prior to the start date of each session
